SMAIs Knitted Resistance Bands are the perfect alternative to Rubber Resistance Bands. With latex rubber woven into the elasticized cotton, the band is more durable, comfortable, and washable.

Warm-up and Stretching

Perfect for warm-up or recovery. Helps to hold stretches, lengthen muscles and increase range of motion. Perfect for glute activation exercises. Simply slide above your knees to do lateral crab walks, and banded walks.

Leg Workouts
Working out at home has never been easier with Resistance bands to assist or add resistance to training. Resistance bands can also be used at the gym to increase resistance and stability through the knees or ankles. Use with squats, lunges, hip thrusts, deadlifts, leg presses, leg extensions, jumping jacks, and donkey kicks.

Which Size to Choose
If you are unsure of which size to choose, first start off with the Light size and increase resistance as you progress in your training. You can also double up on resistance bands to increase resistance.

When used on an abrasive surface the bands can deteriorate quickly and snap. Bands should be inspected regularly for any visible wear and tear. In case of visible damage, please remove from use and replace immediately.

Bands are recommended to be used at a max. of 100% stretch (e.g. 35cm band should only be stretched to 70cm). Stretching beyond this limit is dangerous and not recommended.
